American Conquest Divided Nation
Our mod (Hawks' DN Mod V3 or HDN V3), which is played using "American Conquest/Divided Nation", focuses entirely on the American Civil War. HDN V3 is mainly geared toward balancing and enhancing the gameplay for multiplayer historical battles (played as Designed Maps in Deathmatch rooms). But HDN V3 also adds some new content as well.
Featuring only two "nations" from the game (the Union and the Confederacy), HDN V3 retains the large selection of units, but adds in veterans and fresh recruits (with corresponding unit stregths), some unique and famous units such as the 5th New York and 20th Maine, 60 famous commanders as well as rebalancing the gameplay so the battles are more fun and realistic. The Hawks Club plays HDN V3 in multiplayer only, on our own custom created historical maps, featuring thousands of troops in giant, strategic conflicts.
