This map features the peaceful farmland North of the town of Sharpsburg, during the Battle of Antietam on the 17th September, 1862. From the famous Miller cornfield on the left, past the Dunker Church and to "Bloody Lane" on the right, the forces of Hooker and Jackson hammer away at each other.
